1. Returns
Our return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Exchange (if applicable)
If, by any chance, we send you the wrong or a faulty product, you have the right to return the item in its original condition within 7 days of your purchase. You can get a replacement product at no additional cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email, and your required item will be shipped within 4 to 5 working days.
3. Refund
If you have received your item and are not satisfied, we accept returns for a refund. Refunds are applicable only if the item is in its original condition. A 20% service charge will be deducted from the refund payment.
4. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. If the issue persists, contact us at info@olonnie.com
5. Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
6. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@olonnie.com and send your item to the 237-B Street No.6 Punjab Co-Operative Housing Society DHA Lahore, Pakistan.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
